Chef Francesca: Italian/Mexican, has opened fine Italian Restaurants and Sushi Bars. She has traveled much of the world in her sailboat with her children and has dined just about everywhere. She brings to Puerto Aventuras Catering a love of food.
CHEF PINO
Chef Pino: Italian, has worked in Hotels and fine Restaurants in Italy, United States and England. He migrated here from Italy to enjoy the Sun and clean living in Puerto Aventuras. He also mentors wine and food tours in Piedmont, Italy

Our staff: We have a team of dedicated staff from Mexico, Italy, USA, and Argentina. Many are multi-lingual chefs, cooks, waiters, bartenders, photographers, and butlers. We staff our events with our clients in mind.
