Our Sommeliers put on a nice, local presentation of the history, classification, and interesting facts. We set the mood with festive Tablecloths, Sarapes and Sombreros. Most Tastings take about an hour and half. If you pair the Tasting with one of our Appetizer Menus, plan on two hours! Prices include the Sommelier’s selection of Beverages, and all Glassware. Customized selections are available.

PIEDMONT WINE TOURS

Join me as we visit wineries, restaurants, cheesemakers, castles, and exciting truffle hunts in Piedmont, Italy. Take a morning stroll through Nebbiolo vineyards. Tour wine cellars in Monforte d’Alba. Sample Barbaresco, Barolo and Italian sparkling wines. Hunt for white truffles in Alba. Learn Castelmagno cheese making in Cuneo. Eat slow food in Treiso. Visit a rustic restaurant in Roddino serving mama’s home-made ravioli. Spend a blissful week in a boutique villa in La Morra.

CATAMARAN CHARTERS

We can arrange private charters off sunny Mexico. We provide a private yacht, sailboat or catamaran with VIP service and amenities.

We can take you to some of the more pristine, turquese water beaches and coves.

The Caribbean coast of Mexico and the Sea of Cortez offers diverse marine environment to explore!. Your charter offers a variety of water sports and activities. Snorkel with a group of fish on a tropical reef, take in the local scenery.

All of our charters offer fabulous food and beverages. We can arrange a private chef aboard to prepare meals.

Absolutely Amazing

I brought a group of 9 women for my 50th birthday celebration for 4 nights. Chef Pino was always smiling and a pleasure to work with! He listened to all requests, had gluten free options for one of my guests, the food was always presented as if in a 5 star restaurant and everything was delicious. The tiramisu I requested for desert on my birthday was the best I have ever had. The team went above and beyond and I highly recommend their catering services, All of my friends want him to come back to the states! He and the team went truly above and beyond.

Mayan Dinner - Amazing

We were a group of 6 adults. We asked Chef Francesca to prepare her special Mayan Dinner for us. The food was absolutely amazing, there was plenty prepared- we had leftovers. Chef Francesca and her husband were gracious, friendly, professional and simply charming. We were delighted with our meal & will definitely do it again.
